The result of this will surely depend on the strength of the team which Preston put out. Based on League positions you would expect a mid-table Championship side to beat a good L1 team at home, but they may either decide or be forced to weaken their strength.
They have fielded much-changed sides over the last month or so and seem to have had injury problems, so gaining only 1 point out of the last 12 may not represent the level of their potential and the fact is that at home they have only lost once in the last 8.
Their manager talks as though he will be taking this tie seriously, so it could well come down to their ability to put out a full strength side.
Even if they cannot, it will be tough to get a draw.
I'll back us to score (Kane/Marquis) and 8000, say 2-2.

On your point about the crowd Nookie, your 8888 was 787 beyond the 8101 who attended. Sorry.

Was going to put a bet on but thought he can't do it again after the other week lol. 35/1 +6/1 double
Then I thought about that Exeter fan who backs them to score 5 every week, he does quite well so I'll be doing Marquis first goal every week, + 4 nil this week
I said before draw, get a winnable home tie then one of the big guns away. Then I realised Oldham were left in, say no more
While I'm still on a roll, I said at beginning of the season, we'd beat Sunderland in final at Wembley in play offs. Just like we did against Weeds 😁
I was talking to a few old mates over weekend, all Mackems, if they lose their Maja, I think they'll be straight in for Marquis, 1.5mill so there saying. Apparently he's been offered a massive pay increase but his heads been turned by his agent, so their expecting him gone.
Thing is with our John, he's had about 10 other clubs before he came here. Now he's settled and becoming a big name, I still believe he'll stay with us till end of the season to see if we go up. Then???

When it comes to predictions you are certainly the man to listen to BVZ, but quite apart from that, your comments sound credible. McCann's policy of not wanting to keep anyone who does not want to be at the club is well thought out. It is often more difficult to make a decision when those adversely affected do not try to stop you; it ensures that you recognise the element of self interest. I suppose too, that there is enough evidence that someone who is a regular first choice at his present club may often become a bench-warmer at his new one; some players may well have a history of that and there is not much evidence that it is beneficial to their long-term prospects, even if they are content with a back-up role and not much serious action.
In Marquis's case, on both last year's visit to Gillingham and again this year, their fans applauded his name when they were reminded that he was on loan there and I think the same happened at Orient. He is not a natural bench-warmer.
I may criticise him from time to time, but you would always give him a place in the team,

Donald, cheers for that. I'm fairly confident everything is ok at our end, I use malwarebytes too. Though it could be a bad advert. When did it start happening, is it just on ja?

Reading around things, I suspect it is an ad, that our ad companies haven't audited properly. Hopefully it will be removed from the exchange quickly.

Admin 1: I get the Trojan attempting access every time I access the site or submit text for preview. It started relatively recently, perhaps it has been around for 2 weeks.

Alfie May signed an 18mth extension to his contract.
Few more to sign up in next few weeks or they'll be out the door come end of season, hopefully Wright and Mason get sorted plus Tommy of course. I believe we'll keep Lawler, could let Marosi leave as our young keeper gets moved up to 2nd choice.
