Transfer latest

Slightly less concerned today given the work done the past few days as it would appear Weah will have a medical in dubai today and be announced today or tomorrow.

Apparently Celtic have the option to extend Weah’s loan by another 12 months and if that’s the case then it could be a very good signing, the boy clearly has bags of talent and PSG giving him a new deal suggests they see a future there for him.

Bayo is also expected in Dubai today/tomorrow according to most outlets after a fee of around £2 million was agreed.

That deal pleases me, the more you see videos of him the more you think it’s what we’ve been missing. A powerful striker who will stick his head in there to get in the end of the cross.

Burke joined in with training this morning as the players were put through a bleep test literally the worst thing in the world.

So, into week 2 of the transfer window and the other 2 priority positions have yet to be filled, right back and centre back. Benkovic is staying which at least gives us cover until the summer but we need a permanent centre half in now to bed him in for the summer, we’re going to lose Benkovic and Boyata although I’ll be glad to see the back of that p[ick, if we can get one or two in then punt him just now.

Imagine we actually didn’t sign a right back this month

Anyway, expect this week to be the busiest of the remaining 3 but as long as we get another 4 in total in by the 31st then I’ll be happy.

That cvnt Gerald King has avoided jail time.

All the while we'll lock up 16 year olds for fighting each other.

Saw that earlier. Seems exceptionally lenient for me. Genuinely thought it would have been fairly lengthy.

Same mate. I don't understand why it's not mandatory.

We destroy young lives without giving them extra chances very often. Yet grown men get away with this? Mocket.

One of the reasons I find the whole transfer window update thing meh.

The Scotsman is a paper of repute.

Their Night Desk put this up as their main transfer story,

complete with a large full colour pic of Elis.

As ever with clickbait , when you click you generate cash for the paper.

When you click on a sidebar of a semi dressed woman on the next page,

or a photo of a 12 stone 4 year old or some shyytte, they get even more.

Nae wunner I go to the hills if that’s what a quality broadsheet does.

A newsflash about something that's not happened ….
