Depends on the era. In the Seventies it would have been DM's cherry red and black for the late part.

Eighties would have been Addidas trainers.

Nineties would have been esperdrills and smart brogues.

Noughties would have been Timberlands

And these days it's carpet slippers

Hector, yeah they were sometimes referred to as Oxblood's or Commando boots. Once Punk started in 1976 I had to move onto the Black ones.

Exactly, he's currently toying with getting some Stone Island smutter like his mates, and I laugh at him and tell him I was wearing that in the 90's.
