Players look very different under different managers.

We need to find the right time, give him a season and then invest in areas where the manager has not been able to get what he wants from the very expensive acquisitions that we already have.

I was impressed with Shaw's little touches round the corner when we played little triangles today. Don't see any immediate improvements on him.

No doubt I'd keep him as our first choice LB, but just saying he could do with chipping in with a few more assists. He has the arsenal to be as useful as Robertson is for Liverpool.

Lindeloff is defo a good player and 24 so has time to improve and bulk up a little. he's clever and good on the ball. he has the ability. we do need a new and more experienced cb too though. defo need someone to replace matic

He loses every aerial battle though which is a concern in the PL.

Totally agree. He's also coming of the back of a manager that claimed to make all of his decisions for him!!

One of the most bizarre comments I've seen from a manager in a while. Jose definitely tried his utmost to pi55 off everyone at United.

I agree with Uncle Ray - Lindelof might make a really decent CDM - its a little concerning how much he misses aerially. Two commanding CB's would be awesome or try working on Bailly as one of them.

To be fair to Jones he played his heart out today, and can never be accused of not having heart. But he is a comical player. Lindelof, on the other hand, is showing some icy defending skills and I still think he'd be a massive CDM.

My exact feelings, I keep on saying he has the attributes of a CDM. I still don’t have 100% confidence in him as a centre back.
