Best of luck Petr Cech

Don't care what anybody says, he is a Chelsea Legend in my eyes.

And as i wasn't born until the late 70s for me he's the best Chelsea goalkeeper ever. (can only go by the players i saw live sorry)

IMO (and i know people say flights to Paris are fast) when he chose to stay in London for his family, it showed him to be a giant of a man.

He took some abuse from some "Chelsea fans" on Twitter for that. "Traitor" etc. What was he supposed to do having spent the best part of his career playing at the top level, go to Palace just to please us?

Nope, i don't hold him joining Arsenal against him. I'm 100% confident, that after this season if we were to play Arsenal in a big match (providing he wasn't on their coaching staff) he'd be wanting Chelsea to win.

Cech in his prime was unbelievably good even if his 30's didn't come close to matching his 20's when he was at his best. Undoubtedly one of the all time great GK's and a Chelsea legend winning just about everything there was to win with us

Phenomenal keeper in his prime. Took me a year to warm to him cos I was fiercely loyal to Cudicini, but I quickly had to admit he was playing on another level.

The 04/05 season might've been the best season for a keeper I've ever seen, VDS & DDG had a few but Cech that year was just immense. I literally can only remember one big mistake he made in all comps that year (the poor save/challenge that lead to the ghost goal), other than that he was completely flawless.

kepa, courtois, turnbull, hilario, ed de goey, cech, cudicini, couple others can't remember off the top of my head

Still though, the guy nearly died Brummie, he was the best in the world by far pre-injury and still had the biggest balls to come back and play again and even with that fear and having to wear that restricting headguard he still did amazing heroics constantly, countless trophies down to Cech too.

Most successful, passionate, and a true warrior and chelsea blue

No doubt he was all that Oscar, however despite my senior years, I don't remember past Bonetti, so couldn't say either were the 'best ever keeper by far'!
