There's a guy at my work that's a bodybuilder he eats unbelievable amounts and his arms and that are huge but what a massive pot belly he has.
It's proper round, swollen kind of like a pregnant woman. Is that something roids can do?

If he's taking roids and he's got a pot belly then he's just wasting the roids.

Eggs make next to no difference to cholesterol, and the cholesterol they do contain isn't especially harmful unless you're eating about a dozen a day.
Easy source of low-calorie protein to bulk out a calorie deficit nutrition plan, or to supplement a calorie-surplus muscle building plan.
Eggs are awesome.

I get up late ...ish as a rule so rarely have it, just wait till lunch.
All this "must have breakfast" I read above here is TOTAL BOLLUX.
If I am in a hotel with bf paid for, eat the fry up, I am starving by mid/late morning.
There are few hard and fast rules with eating, what suits some people does not suit others.

Fried eggs are bad for you. Poached or boiled are fine though.
Puffin - some people get away without eating breakfast but a lot of peoples systems create acid content in the stomach which is aggravated by not eating regularly.
