So, the Rangers game tonight is off because of a frozen pitch. the pitch was deemed frozen in one of the corners apparently.
Unfortunate given that we have had our 'winter break' and I reckon all Rangers and Celtic fans were looking forward to seeing the big teams back in action. However, t'was not to be, game postponed until 30 Jan.
It's happened before and given the vagrancies of our weather will happen again, unfortunate but it's just one of those things.
Maybe not, according to some Bears sites ' the pitch was fine but the inspection was carried out by a local ref reputedly a Tim', and 'The ref had an agenda obviously', and yet again (and I paraphrase) 'The so-called winter break was set up to accommodate Celtic in case they progressed in Europe'. And finally, 'The SFA are to blame for this'.
WTF is it with some numpties (and I do include those from the other side of the coin, i.e. their mirror-imaged-green-clones in this) that EVERYTHING has to a conspiracy?? We live in the northern Europe, on an island that is very susceptible to weather influences from the Atlantic, Greenland, Artic and of course the current favourite of the scary headline writers - ' the Beast from the East' weather.
It's Scotland and it's winter so get a grip. Fecckin paranoid disnae begin to describe it.
