Happy reading - Another article on Puel and his tenuous grasp of the managers role at Leicester City and one that actually explains the reasoning behind what would appear to be our ungrateful, unappreciative, moaning about Puel

I saw this article earlier and was tempted to post it myself. It's so unusual to read something which has nailed it rather than the sloppy, lazy journalism we frequently see.

In other news about Silva and the disprespect shown by Puel to him NOT. Does anyone realise if he plays another game we have to cough up around £2/3m to Sporting in add on fees?! He’s earnt 6.2m in 18 months, life’s not that bad. There’s a reason why no other PL clubs have shown any interest...

Player's agent (who happens to be his father) whines during transfer window and is agitating for a move - shock story not.

If that is correct about him having one of these ridiculous pay when play clauses in his transfer deal it's another nail in Rudkin's coffin for me to add to the 14 second debacle.

It's unfortunate that there may be a useful player in there were he given a proper run in the team in a position/role/formation that suited him (whatever that is - perhaps as a slightly more offensive midfielder, something which does not seem to fit into Monsieur Puel's thinking). Unfortunately he hasn't looked convincing during the few opportunities he's been given, so if there isn't a part to play in the future it would be best to let him go.

Shame really, first Iborra now Silva, both potential lights flickering at the end of Claude's dark, dank, tedious defensive tunnel being extinguished.

I think the Silva rant was because Puel has told him he can’t go currently.

So his dad is quite rightly saying play me or let me leave.

Standard transfer window. Gubbins.

That article is spot on btw. Good find and good analysis on the situation.

Silva is on over 80k a week!? Surely not??

The article is reasonably balanced I’d say which makes a refreshing change. The last one I read in the nationals a few days ago said ‘Puel pulled Leicester City out of the relegation zone’. So it’s nice to have one where something doesn’t make you stop reading added a few sentences.

Mersey its nothing of the sort He can go when he wants but a Premiership teams not going to buy him and we are not going to spend £2m more to find out what we know is he's not up to it.
So he can look to Europe or sit on his big wages sad but true.

Even Man City? I might agree if you'd said 'genrally abysmal'.
