That is what I have been waiting for this season, his pinpoint passes were sublime, setting up chances from nothing, with a shot outside the box the icing on the cake, much more like the Neves we all know and love.
Jota's form continues, If these two can keep up today's level of performance, it will be like two new signings, and a quick mention for Jiminez, brilliant today and works his socks off. £30 million looking pretty reasonable now.
And it is pretty clear, Saiss is no Boly.
We got Neves.

Boly's has worked out well. He only misses 2 league games, one of which we've won, the other (West Ham at home) is just as winnable. He also gets a rest which might do him good

I would have liked him available for the West Ham game personally.

Saiss will be good enough, as cover for Body. The problem lies with Vinagre's inability, at the moment, to defend as well as Jonny.
I hope there aren't too many changes for the cup game, as we could go far with a little luck.

Saiss is adequate, nothing more. he can fill on for a few games, but nothing more.
I would be surprised if we are not looking to bring in a CB, Wallace has been mentioned. He would do for me.

Agree, we are definitely looking to add a defender as we were in the summer.

Wes Morgan ?

I don’t think Vinagre is as good as Jonny in attack or defence at this stage of his progression. He carries the ball well and can beat a man but his final ball is often poor. I think Jonny is a really good wing back on the right or left and we are lucky to have him

Jonny is our best wing back

I like Jonny, I like him a lot. defensively he is huge, going forward not so much. He seems to be at a loss in the final third, often getting caught in posession.
Vinagre to me is much better going forward, although nowhere near as capable defensively, and his crosses are erratic to say the least, but he is young with potential.
It would be great to keep jonny, although he wouldn't come cheap.

Jonny is a world class wing back, I thought we’d established this after his first appearance? His call up to Spain pretty much confirms the above !?!
