The only Match I've ever failed to get tickets for was the Everton game in the Title winning Year, not surprising considering the circumstances.
Obviously it got harder the following Season but after spending years building up to the highest level of Membership we were still able to get tickets the following Season.
Then the memberships were changed and we gave ours up, our scoring didn't even guarantee a ticket for any game, I was told at the ticket Office there would no longer be a 'General sale' of tickets, what if they weren't all sold I asked but was told that with the tickets being offered through so many levels of memberships etc there wouldn't be any left.
True for most of this time but recently I've been offered memberships a number of times, they've even got Radio adds running, I also got tickets for the Cardiff game on general Sale, 3 together is always difficult but we got them easy enough.
Now I've had emails for Palace and Brighton at home, I've checked and there's loads of seats available but after spending £140 plus on the Cardiff match and the current state of play at home matches I won't be jumping to get tickets any time soon with Limited resources available.
Now this isn't about me choosing not to go when the chance is there but how long before the Club start to take notice, you see empty seats on the telly but with so many fans having the attention span of a nat at Football matches you never know if it's an empty seat or not.
Ticket sales aren't the be all and end all of Club finances any more but it is a sign of disgruntlement if fans are no longer attending and with the Club having expansion plans, will they take notice?
Media reports show there is no consensus on Puel's future but empty seats tell a big story.

Boring boring Leicester!

The published average attendance this season is about 400 under capacity so doubt they are concerned about
that as it's pretty normal.

You're right and that's normally because they'res only individual seats available, the difference is now that there are clumps together, a change over where we've been, is it a trickle that will turn into a flood if the home Football doesn't improve?

This is a concern I've expressed previously. Boring unsuccessful football at home does not equal a sustainable way forward for our club.

What is happening is that long term season ticket holders are like myself, not looking forward to the games as much, and some are in fact staying away due to the constant dross and disappointing results by one of our worst ever managers.
Worrying that the board does not see this and act before the rot sets in for next season.

Where my family and where i sit when at home there has been no drop off of season ticket holders not turning up.

There’s not been a drop in attendance around me.
The drop in optimism and atmosphere on the other hand....

would agree there are a few more empty seats.
The drop in atmosphere is so noticeable. All very sad, and all down to one man.

It’s the case though that Season Ticket holders and Members aren’t buying extra tickets allowing more and more to Go on General Sale.
