Where are you staying and what are you looking for? Food, pubs etc?

City centre mate. Ideally good food and pubs.

The Speedwell up the Perth Road is a great boozer. The nearby Taybridge bar used to be worth a quaff on the way back to town. The AgaKhan is good for eats on the way up/back. Levantine/Turkish food. Tiny so you might want to book. More expensive now than it used to be but not so bad if you're on expenses.

In the other direction, there's the Clep on Clepington Road. It's near the fitba' grounds. Don't take Ivan there as they dinnae serve lassies.

The Speedwell is known as Mennies by locals.
