1 Swansea City
2 AFC Wimbledon
3 Shrewsbury Town or Wolverhampton Wanderers
4 Millwall
5 Brighton & Hove Albion or West Bromwich Albion
6 Bristol City
7 Derby County
8 Doncaster Rovers
9 Chelsea or Sheffield Wednesday (looking likely to be Chelsea)
10 Watford
11 Middlesbrough or Newport County
12 Manchester City
13 Barnet or Brentford
14 Portsmouth or Queens Park Rangers
15 Manchester United
16 Crystal Palace
Only 5 PL teams through if you include Chelsea who are nearly there and 2 more going to a replay. Great I'm sure for fans of the lower teams and football romantics but this cup is definitely losing it charm for most PL teams it seems. Half empty stadiums and weakened sides throughout the entire draw each round.
When you work out that it pays over 100m to stay in the PL and only £10m for winning the cup it easy to see why teams are chucking the ressies in so often these days. Likewise with some of the top 4 chasing clubs. The CL group stage pays 6 times what winning the cup does, not to forget the ability to attract better players too.
Such a shame to see the FA cup being so far down the pecking order so so many clubs. It's still special to me as a Utd fan. Had so many good memories at Wembley (and briefly Cardiff). Some bad ones too when we've lost but that goes with the territory.

Manchester Derby at OT next round is what I want.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’d be sandwiched in between the PSG and Liverpool games.
A home draw against a lower league side is what we could do with right now.

It's what we need but we will probably get City or Chelsea away no doubt.

Not necessarily, though it may happen. All three teams will be hoping that isn’t the case with the tie being played in between European games.

Chelsea will get their usual home tie vs lower league and we’ll prob get another Prem side away. Just hope it’s not City!

A non-PL team at home would do just nicely. Comes a few days after the PSG match so would be good to be able to play a slightly weakned team.

Derby at home surely.

bloodred, yep would be good to be able to make some big changes in between the PSG and Liverpool game without massively reducing our chances of progression in the cup. We’ve got a shot at winning the FA Cup with the teams left in it.

Home draw against a lower league side. Rest players and give others needed game time.
Nailed on we’ll get Chelsea or City though
