Juan Foyth was the one positive from yesterdays game.
When called upon he dealt with Palace and Zaha well.
Seems very calm on the ball and has good distribution.
I think he needs to add a little bulk to him but I think the lad
is going to be a star in the future.
Foyth was a positive

got a lot to learn yet tries to play out from the back and tends to loose the ball leaving the defence wide open, lot to learn

Think he will be better than Sanchez. I am sure our CB's are instructed to pass out from the back. Like I said star in the future. No doubt he has lots to learn.

Sorry Dier, I had just done a similar article to you.
I agree, I think Foyth will be quality. Worried about Sanchez though.

No worries mate.
I noticed Sanchez likes to pass the ball out through the middle of the pitch low on the ground. He has done this a few times and under hit his passes finding opposition players .

Still think he’d be a very good DM.
Great anticipation, Good tackler/interceptor, good positional sense, great passer.

Agreed....... Think Dier is a better CB & Foyth is a better overall footballer than Dier...... Swap them around... Need to do something as our CM options are a joke. Winks & the Skipp (The sideways twins) Wanyama (Cannot make the simplest pass), Sissoko (Head down & Chaaaaaaaarge !!!!).... sad stuff

Winks is excellent and this sideways thing is a jokes. He’s forward passes percentage is one of the highest in the league

Skipp showed yesterday how good Winks has been for us, he was nowhere near the level Winks has performed this season. If anything Winks is the only one who looks to pass forward, the defenders, Dier and Sissoko are not capable of passing forward

Winks is decent (I was being unfair) The rest I could live without

Its such a shame that Chelsea have got so many talented youngsters locked up and out on loan with no chance with them..... Imagine the progress that guys like Mount, CHO, RLK, Musonda, Abrahams, Ampadu would make playing regular prem football at Spurs under a coach like Poch
