Well, this is some good news, Batth is apparently set to sign for Stoke, for 3.5 million.
Cheers Stoke

Decent price for him.

Shame in a way, because I was hoping he would get better as he got older, but that didn't happen. If Nuno and his staff couldn't get the best out of him, then I guess he's a decent Championship player and will probably stay in that league.
A good price should this happen.

I think Championship is the right level for him, but I still think he is a really good centre back at that level. Better suited to a back 4 than a 3.
£3.5m is a good price for him. Not unhappy that him, Hause and Ebanks Landell have now moved on, but we don't have a great deal of cover in the centre of defence now

I also think it shows how far Wolves have moved on.
These are not bad players, but we are now fishing in a very different pond.

I do wonder what has happened to both Hause and Iorfa, as it wasn't that long ago they were regular defenders for England U21's.

The home of hoof. Should suit him. A great servant and a bloody fine wellie he's developed down the years.

Good move for Danny, hope he gets regular football at Stoke. He should really be in his prime as a CB now but he's not played a great deal of football over the last season and a half.
