Need to switch formation back up front

Been working well for me. Issue today was midfield. Way too slow to release the call.

The problem tonight was there was no balance in the team.

Having a midfielder, Henderson, at right back made Wijnaldum having to cover there when Leicester countered.

Roberson is our main attacking threat and out ball and Albrighton was tasked with tracking back, which he will do all game as he has so much energy.

Then Ndidi and Mendy stopped anything coming through the centre and was like a wall with Evans and Maguire just heading everything away.

I said it when it happened. Loaning Clyne may at the time seemed like a unimportant moment but when you’re going for the title you need a squad and surely Klopp knew Trent couldn’t play every game? Seems ameuturish to me.

As on the formation, I think Klopp has done well to have something different after teams worked out the 4-3-3. As Kash said, we were so slow moving the ball tonight and in games like this you have to move it quickly and make incisive passes.

We’ve just had 10 days off you’d think they would be raring to go again, but then it didn’t help with Leicester putting 10 behind the ball and having every decision go their way. Just one of those games unfortunately.

I think going to Dubai was not a smart thing to do.

They were in Abu Dhabi territory

Got my wish today and it's no coincidence we get a much improved performance. Team looked well balanced today. Want to see this formation going forward.
