Absofeckinglutely

Remember this time about 7 years ago. Spurs were 3 points off the top (45), behind Utd on GD and City (48). We had Bale, Modric, Lennon, King, VDV, Defoe and were playing fast, exciting football.

Then Arry's head gets turned by the England job and the season goes down hill.

Having racked up 14 wins in 20, we then manage 6 in 18. 24 points from the last 54.

The infamous 'mind the gap' season when Chelsea won the UCL to deny us entry the next year.

Not only do we now have a great manager, who has Spurs on the highest number of points at this stage of a EPL season, he is also a great man, a loyal man, a total professional. His head could have been turned like Arry's was. It hasn't.

The squad needs improving in a few areas. We all know this, it will happen. Patience and faith needed in the best manager we have had in decades.

You can say Harry's head got turned, but a similar thing happened the season before around the same time with just 1 win in 10. I think it was as much Harry's limitations as it was him getting distracted.

It's extremely fortunate that Levy has such a patient manager who doesn't care about spending money. I think Pochettino is part of the problem, though. He's so obdurately picky about new players, to the point that I think he's cutting off his nose to spite his face.

It's so refreshing to see so many Spurs fans who appreciate the current management at the club and who are 100% behind the club for the RIGHT reasons

The club has come a long way from Harry's times.

From being just outside top 4 every season, and Arsenal laughing at us, we are now a top three side, and we laugh at Arsenal..sometimes at Chelsea too

We finished top London side more than any other London club in the premier league in the last three years too.

Once the stadium is ready that would give us a huge boost, as if you all remember at our last season at WHL we went UNBEATEN the whole season at home.

We'll be back there in one of the best stadiums in the land, that's very exciting.

We need to provide CL for next year so we can saviour our new home with games against the likes of Real, Barca and Bayern.

Fab nights to come!
