We can now look at the table and see we have INCREASED our lead at the top to 5 POINTS. Its another game gone...1 more game closer to the last game.

Looks like everyones pretty much back in the next week bar Gomez, lets hope vvd is now fully over his illness and wij is fully into training, milner is available for selection which means Fabinho can push into mf. Lets get back to winning ways as City enter their crucial perid with games Vs Arsenal, Everton and CFC.

Keep knocking the games over now..3 points move on...5 point gap maintained

Mighty...no not at all. Its not a wum its just i cannot see spurs squad competing with liverpools and citys over a 38 game season plus the CL.

I dont see anyway at all you will overhaul city and liverpool esp since you will have to beat us at Anfield which i cant see.

Hoping for a sensible comment or two from some pool fans. Do you consider Spurs as a threat for the title?
I personally do not consider us a title challengers and if you check my posts I’ve said all along I believe this year is your year. Just curious to see oppo fans see us.

Title threat, not really. 7 points and inferior goal difference in 14 games is a lot to make up.

Add to that some bad luck with injuries, especially to Kane, and it just seems very unlikely to me. Even if we fall apart you need to be 3 points better than City as well in the remaining games.

GB I admire you’re positive outlook and clear passion for our beloved reds but for me the midweek result could be disastrous ; a win would have meant we would have had to have lost at least twice and city win all their games 4/5 points is irrelevant as they have a better goal difference so they can now go ahead of us after we lose one and draw one instead of losing twice - of course it’s all if’s and buts....but we have won our last few games by the odd goal and haven’t had a settled back four and often the midfield has lacked any punch. Gini was played full back because we had loaned out a very good right back weeks earlier and Gini has probably been the best midfielder over the course of the season.... we don’t play till Monday night and when City hit a dreadful Arsenal side for at least 5 I guarantee we will feel tense and it will show against a West Ham side who are due a win

Henderson was played full back because we had two I juries to the first choice right back and a suspension to the third choice. The fourth choice was on the bench having just come back from injury. The fifth choice was loaned out. Wijnaldum played in midfield.

Like you couldn't see anything but a Liverpool win against Leicester?

Told you there would be a shock at Anfield against Leicester?

It's hard to be a title challenger when the priority is the stadium.
In our stadium I believe we'll be in a better and stronger place to go for it. We came close to it three times now, the most consistent side in the last 3 years, bar City.

In the last season at the old WHL, we remained unbeaten the whole season. Next year we should be able to replicate that form.

Apologies the team sheet said Gini played there, I dndt watch or listen as i was too nervous

Think it was a mistake letting clyne go but klopp has made a couple of small bad calls and countless brilliant ones so who am I to question him

Just really worried it will be so close 🤮

You came close to the title three times

You were 20 points behind City, never got close to Chelsea even when you had a chance v West Ham.

And won two out of 6 to finish on 70 points when Lesta won it

70 points does not win the league
