With Pool not fully taking advantage of City loss this week, I think we will be in for one hell of a beating on Sunday.
We have lost our last 4 games against City conceding 11 goals. We have a dreadful record against the big six away from home. We barely draw games and regularly get thumped by 5s and sixes.
I don't see no difference on Sunday. A respectable score will be 3-1 but unfortunately I think we will be hitting the pathetic heights of 5 or 6 goals.
We may score 1 goal but expect Auba to be invisible and the Bellerin replacement to be absolutely destroyed whether it's litchsteiner or Jenkinson.
We should be going there with men behind the ball, being compact and playing on the counter. Unfortunately it isn't how Emery is going to play. We played city first game of the season and he tried to play it out from the back
We don't even make these game close anymore. They are so one sided that it will make no difference whether it's Cardiff playing at the Etihad or Arsenal playing there. In fact the so called lesser teams show more fight then us when visiting the big teams.
I am going for 4-0 or 5-1

All depends on us to stop their wide players Sane and Sterling and not let them into our box easily.

Last time we won away from home against a top 6 team was in 2015. That's how pathetic our record is.
City probably won't even have to get out of 2nd gear but if they do, our goal difference is going to take a big hit

I would never play Lichtsteiner against the pace of Sane or Sterling. You gift them the game if your manager does that.

If palace can go there and get a win, and Newcastle beat them. Then there’s no reason why we can’t get a decent result if we play well. Even if we play at our best, they still have quality to score against us of course. Just as long as we play well and sensible, don’t give them anything easy we’ve got a decent chance.

It's because these teams are better organised. Most teams have gone to anfield and given them a better game than us. We go to these big teams and are way too open hence why we get smashed by 5 or 6 goals.
