Feel let down by beilsa

Yes I know it’s not allow to criticise him, but no manager should be above scrutiny.

The minute saiz asked to leave, he should have said yes we respect your wish to move back home but your paid massively and not moving till a replacement is found. What’s best for Leeds comes above any player.

But I understand the compassionate side of letting him go home, and kind of like the fact we were so accommodating.

But the manager should have been smashing down rad office door demanding two or three signings, everyone could see we were short and that two good signings would get us over the line easily.

I really hope his arrogance doesn’t cost us, the am a great coach and can polish a t@rd thing could cost us

how do we know that Bielsa has not been demanding that behind closed doors.

He has a team around him that goes everywhere he goes.

I find it incredible that he has not asked for any of his former players to join him here.

Bielsa accepts full responsibility for a defeat.

AR blames everyone else for missing out on a signing.

These are 2 different approaches that could well be not completely harmonious behind the scenes.

Let’s be honest, Saiz was hardly our saviour this season... but yeah we should have signed a player if 2 absolutely no excuses about that.

But fek all Bielsa can do other than give his thoughts to Orta & co. They haven’t been proactive at all in January and that might come back to haunt us

Last season and even the season b4, AR showed his ridiculous January trait of doing nothing. Bielsa is imo working with his hands tied.

Saiz shouldn't have been allowed to leave on a loan. Or at least it should have been an obligation to buy. Because we lost one of our best attackers but had no money to replace him.

Spot on, the deal was a shocker

Just don't think he's a fan of bringing players in mid season, seems to do all his work pre - season, think Saiz was a rotten egg who they decided to get rid of, hopefully Brown will be in shortly and will be disappointed if he doesn't do better than Saiz, also think we will be lucky to get £2m for Saiz,

Top of the table, we should have had a players queuing to sign for us. Joke of a window but I'm keeping the faith, we haven't really got a choice.

I think calling him arrogant is a bit of a stretch.

It's been one game since the Jan transfer window, where we were playing against the second best side in the league after a tough run in. Maybe give it some more time before you start believing that your complaints have been vindicated.
