Spurs have no chance of the title,-part 2

.............agree with that............but .....but........but.we still have to go to both the title contenders........and if they are getting nervous towards the end of season, with injuries hopefully clearing up at Spurs, the boost of a new stadium and a decent team selection by the manager......you never know

stranger things have happened-and we have nothing to loose

a haymakers chance

Spurs will not win anything without their top players back on the pitch.
At the moment, the team on the pitch is holding the fort.
Next week or so Dortmund come to town.
That will be the moment of reckoning!
If we get Kane and Alli back for that match - and no more injuries meantime - I think we have a good chance to win the tie.
if not, then play for a draw - which Poch will not do.
Kane & Alli should be back for the return leg.
Its a pity, because without our injuries I think this team could have won the Champions League.
Put it another way, we had as good a chance as anyone! .

Even with our best players in the team we are still too naive and gift teams goals

That’s why I don’t think we have the nouse to win it

It wasn’t so long ago we weren’t playing any European football so we got to be happy we’ve had champions league football the last few seasons and nights like beating Real Madrid makes me glad I buy a season ticket.

I don’t love the game as much as I did but seeing the joy on people’s faces that night reminded me of why I fell in love with our club.

Again this season we’re punching above our weight

Unless you do acid you were never expecting us to win the league

Again today I didn’t go because I’m fecked off with Wembley like many others

I don’t get the negativity of some of our fans but do get their disappointment with going out the cups

Poch is doing a great job and we’re lucky to have him

Yes agree with this.

Disappoment with the cups for me anyway was that they were so close together and it’s when Poch makes his weird decisions with rotation and what not. Just highlights to me that we don’t win when it REALLY matters.

100 per can't agree. Poch definitely cost us the Palace game, but glad you said it before me, as I always get slated now for not getting behind the team.

It’s a 3 horse race for sure, no getting around that.

City and Liverpool could drop points this weekend making it even more interesting as well.

You’re in second place for now, be happy

Side note, I fancy the top 3 to do well in Europe however if one team drops out early that could make a big difference in the league.

Why are Spurs fans reluctant to be included in the title race?
Youve the same points as City so of course you're in it.

Fack the wummery etc, Id rather be in it and experience the highs and possible lows to come.

I know it’s bizarre, mind you a spurs fan posted on here the other day they don’t like getting to finals in case they lose

Spurs are in exactly the same position City were last week after their loss. Four points behind Liverpool who have a game in hand. If City are in it then Spurs are. There's no doubt.

City are still considered in the race because they have a track record of clawing back deficits to win titles.

Spurs's track record goes against them, every time they have had a chance to make a serious title statement they have fecked it up (Wolves the most recent example), rightly or wrongly they will not get taken seriously in the trophy stakes until they start winning some crunch games.

Had exactly the same conversation with an Arsenal, and, would you believe it, a man utd fan who said that if they lost the final, they would rather not have got to it.

I was totally shocked by that. Proper snowflakes that cant take ribbing and wumming.

Fack that, Spurs have done really well regardless. They and Everton are in the same boat and through the 00's were pretty similar.

Look at them both now..
