Russians detained over baby swinging act

It's the parent's rights (if they are the owners of that baby in the video) ffs they can do what they want. Until it's 18 they make the decisions and if they choose to be a family circus act then so be it.

People need to stay out of others business.

Not if they put the child in harms way

Children are in harms way all the time Dibbs, even driving to nursery they could be in a car accident.

Safest place is probably in the arms of their parents, which apart from a brief 1 second spell in the air, this kid seems to spend most of it's time.
