Forshaw is top

According to the updated championship statistics, Adam Forshaw is the most accurate passer in the league with 88.2%

Good luck to those wanting him dropped

Unsung hero

There have been numerous threads about Brown, how could any Leeds fan not know who he is ?
It’s not as if he’s a youth player or a signing from some non league team.
Many seemed to think he was a marquee signing, not my opinion as serious injuries can destroy a career, something that I have said on many threads.

Outwood, playing KP and Forshaw in midfield is not the answer.
We struggle to create chances with one of them playing in midfield, both would make it worse.

Hird, you really need to focus more
Yes I did ask who is Brown
You obviously didn’t understand how the comment was made, I clearly need to explain.
Some are banging on week in week out about Brown this Brown that etc
The actual fact is Brown has done absolutely zero and may well end up giving zero this season.
Hence the who is Brown comment.
It wasn’t a dig at Brown, serious injuries can end a career, more a touch of realism.
I rather thought that comment was obvious to understand, clearly not.

Right. Although I read these threads daily, I don't pay such close attention to the individual contributors as to know for certain which are the experts and which are the ignoramuses (though there are a few exceptions: naming no names). Occasionally you encounter people who evidently don't attend the matches and don't know what they're talking about. I saw that comment and thought you might be one of those. Maybe I was mistaken. You maybe need to express yourself better, so as not to be mistaken for a numpty.

I agree that pinning our hopes on a player who has been injured for over a year is ridiculous and desperate, however good he used to be before his injury. He almost certainly isn't going to be the answer to our prayers.

There was nothing particularly "priceless" about what Lubo said earlier though.

Because he often picks the ball up from the centre back and plays it to the other.

He isn’t as good as Phillips, and should be dropped for him for our next game.

Hird, the club and some fans shouldn’t be pinning our promotion hopes on Brown and even Bamford.
Unfortunately I will be surprised if both don’t get injured again, that’s what generally happens.
As for the club, the January window was a disgrace.
As for Lubo, calls Forshaw a good player, then says it’s because where he plays.
If true then he shouldn’t be playing in that position because he’s a liability.
So is he really a good player?

Spot on Haymaker
Should have happened for Norwich.

Foreshaw or Phillips.

Foreshaw is much better at receiving the ball in a tighter space. Can turn. Can create space and can Carry the ball better. His passing is often quicker. Gets caught out of position defensively too often and has been making to many simple mistakes.

Phillips much better defensively and less likely to make a costly error. Vision with long range passing as often being excellent. Tends to need more space to play in and is easier to mark. Much stronger in the tackle which is mostly a positive but can sometimes be costly.

Philips is more athletic, more decisive and incisive in his passing and aggressive. He is a level above Adam.

Phillips or Forshaw, Forshaw or Phillips - from what I've seen this season, i'd start with Kalvin. Overall I see him as more effective in that role. I personally don't think Forshaw is as bad as some may make out, but that's just my view and perception of him.

Our bigger issue I believe is the lack of anyone in the Saiz mould ahead of either Kalvin or Adam - for all his faults, I do believe opposition had to give him extra attention, as on his day he could cause havoc with their defence when he ran at them.

I would also start Phillips, overall he has performed better this season and being more reliable.
