Bailly given assurances

I’m not one of the Lindelof for DM campaigners, don’t think he’d work there at all.

I'm not sure Bailly's erratic nature is down to just nerves, being completely frozen out, a lack of confidence, injuries or a combination of some or all of those things.

I love his aggression and how proactive he is in winning the ball but I have concerns about how well he's able to read the game and his positioning.

That said, he looked very good when he first arrived and he's had the odd performance were he's shone since so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Given he's not been at the club too long, I'd give him more leeway than Jones or Rojo who are never going to be players we can fully rely on. The pair of them really need moving on in the summer.

Rojo needs to go before anyone else who plays CB is sold.

None of our CB's are shoe in for next season right now. Lindelof and one of Bailly/Jones seems to be the current preference but how often have we seen that change?

Actually think Smalling against PSG would be wisest. They aren't a particularly big team or good in the air. Could easily grab us a goal in the tie.

They are all pretty average really with the exception of Jones n Rojo who are poor.

It was terrible from Jose. He signed two CBs and then chucked his toys out of the pram when the club wouldn't buy him another and threw the players under the bus. Most of is believe that they both have the potential to become very good CBs. Instead of destroying their confidence he should have instead tried actually coaching and improving them. I am so glad that we are rid of that tw@t.

Even more baffling was Jose's insistence of dropping them for the next few games after having one bad one.

That is appalling man management. It was a shame he wasn't consistent in applying that policy to Matic and Lukaku, though.
