I'm surprised the parents weren't charged with Gross Negligence or something like that. The countless stupid decisions they made definitely contributed to it all.

Not calling the police for 5 days, letting him build a wall in their house so the daughter could have her own space so he could sleep in her bed, taking her alone 'horse riding' etc.

Unbelievable.
