When you look at the big clubs and their illustrious history, is it fair to say that the Red side of the cities are by far and away better than the Blue?
To start with in Manchester we have United and City. One club rich in silverware, the other throwing money here there and everywhere to try and catch up. 20 League titles, 3 Champions leagues amongst numerous other Domestic and European silverware compared with 5 league titles and a few other dribs and drabs here and there.
Then we have Liverpool, who whilst only having 18 league titles, still double that achieved by their neighbours, Everton. The Blues however do have 2 Full Members Cup's to Liverpools 0 which surprised me somewhat as I've always thought of the Reds as members.
Moving down to London and whilst looking a shadow of their former selves, Arsenal still boast 13 leagues titles to Chelsea's 6 and Tottenham's 2. The reds also hold more domestic silverware than their counterparts. Arsenal also have the best you tube channel going.
So in summary, are the Reds better than the Blues? Or is a better question, how much better are the Reds than the Blues?
