This is a thread to inform fans of the remaining fixtures for the top five teams in the Automatic Promotion chase.
For the first time in ages we Leeds fans have a realistic chance of making it to the Premier League this year.
BUT how do the fixtures stack up? Teams look to win the "easier" fixtures but they become harder as relegation teams up their game.
Top teams play each other, teams chasing just a playoff place dig in.

Top article - good snapshot of the teams we are in competition with.

Think Norwich have it slightly easier (on paper of course!) but I’d take our fixtures over the other teams. This is literally the best chance we’ve got of going up... not gona get it better let’s be honest.

Really struggling to call any of those games, but about a month ago, I said it'll be Leeds and Norwich going up automatically with West Brom and Sheff Utd In the play-off final.

I still stand by that.

On reflection SK you are probably nearer than mine. I think I allocated too many points. Your total for the 5 is 11 less than mine. We shall see.

Fascinating table. I agree with Afridi that it looks as though Norwich have it easiest (play each of the bottom 5 teams and only Middlesborough from the top 5) and it wouldn't surprise me to see them open a gap. Perhaps they'll improve their points per game to around 2.1, giving them 89 to 91 points. I see us continuing at 1.9 ppg to finish on 87. Sheffield Utd would need to improve to 2.1 ppg (from 1.8) to beat that, and WBA & Middlesborough to 2.3 (from 1.7). So my guess for the season end is:

Norwich 90
Leeds 87
Sheff Utd 85
WBA 80
Middlesborough 77

but I won't be betting my house on it.
