Nothing idiotic about thinking that a player should be played in his best position.

His best position is what? He’s rarely played as a makelele type screen player. He’s always been a destroyer, similar to a Vidal or naingollan but with more athleticism.

My biggest problem with Sarri is how he uses Kante. I can''t understand why you'd misuse one of the best players in the world. Why would you not adapt your system to accommodate Kante instead of making Kante adapt to your system? So stupid.

Seems you don’t understand what bias is.

Not bias though. They are comfortably our two best players, and have been this season. Nothing biased about that. If you are going to call people out then have points to back it up.

Kante isn’t a specialist dm, though. His role is just demanding more from him in a creative/attacking sense, which he doesn’t quite have the attributes for. That said, he does appear to have improved a lot of his flaws in this regard compared to his time at Leicester. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him get even better next season in this regard at Chelsea given he’s such a driven player. Chelsea’s lack of playmaker/attacking midfielder is putting more emphasis on him to do more as well. Kovacic and Barkley aren’t very good. Kante still tackles and intercepts like always but is winning it higher up the pitch where he’s having less options, and in an unfamiliar area of the pitch, to play the ball off.

Very good observation

It amazes me to see a United fan know more about one of our best players, than half of the Chelsea support.

Hawk goes to show some people really don’t understand his role and what type of player he is.
