Ole huge part of his latest success is emphasising on pressure onto opponents - forcing them to make mistakes - before we capitalize

We saw our goals(s) against the likes of
Spurs
LCFC
Arsenal
Martial's goal today

I also expect PSG to make mistakes again by accidentally giving us the ball away for quick counters and scoring

Defensively PSG are suspect - more so away from home. They have an ageing Alves who isn't always great at being alert defensively. He sometimes leaves Kehrer exposed too much which results in danger or even a goal conceded.

We need to expose their frailties, and with Neymar and Rabiot out it is less to focus on so to speak.

But the real danger is their quick counter attacks with Mbappe and their target man Cavani. We also need to stop Di Maria (the lightweight cant) in being their pivotal creator.

I was firmly in the Mourinho-Out camp, but in a strange sort of way I think Ole and players might now be benefitting from the [negative] environment JM had created.

One thing that Mourinho's tough love approach has probably succeeded in doing is making the team resolute; albeit, resolute *from* their own management. I don't think they ever downed tools. They did their best under tough internal circumstances.

As a result, we've now got a resolute team playing good football under a coaching staff that they are clearly enjoying. In other words, I think the players (at least some of them) may have benefitted mentality from having to work with Mourinho. Now conditions are better, the style of play is better... We look very good.

jeez i was saying this and was going to create an article on it

it happened at madrid too. madrid utd and became a very determined team after Jose chaotic spell. I honestly feel the determination is what saw them win the ucl so many times post jose era

there was somewhat of a similar grit about chelsea post jose second spell but that did not last very long
