A great performance from the team today, VVD looks to be over his illness and its great to see TAA on Wijnaldum back playing. Perfect preparation for the next 2 games coming up, we have our mf options back and today Keita is looking like he is finding his feet, a great pass for the salah goal to Firmino, love to see more of that!
Solid at the back, energy in mf and the front 3 causing havoc exactly what put us top of the league before Christmas. I stand by what i said earlier, city imo missed their chance, our iniuries, tricky games and players missed through illness is when city should have capitalised, they havent. We are getting stronger not weaker now.
I fully expect (injuries aside....hopefully none vs Bayern) us to have a good result Vs Bayern and I am backing us to go to Old Trafford and WIN! No guarantee of course but I genuinely feel now we can kick on.

Winter camp is a myth. We started to go off the boil before the break. We needed a dodgy Palace keeper to win that game which was before the break.

Yes, bit of a concern now. Man U are enjoying a resurgence with Sméagol / Phelan’s arrival, so you can almost see it written the stars they will want pull out all the stops to help their neighbours and so help deny us the Title chance.
