Yes he did, you will notice there was no attempt to avoid him or any acknowledgement that he was there. The reasoning of the pundits is that he never saw him as he was to busy trying to process what had happened.

I have no particular need to defend Sarri, I won't shed a tear if he left today and I certainly don't mind anyone getting stick if they deserve it. Pep was fine with it himself when questioned.

was an odd thing for him to do which ever way you look at it...in reality he (Sarri) should've probably made a bit of a thing of it and ensure he embraced & congratulated Pep at close of play
