Sarri, the media's next victim

Yeah saw this and thought it was bang out of order.

Should be a boycott of media by PL managers until some sort of code of conduct is in place for the PL's broadcast partners.

It isn't news reporting that they're doing anymore, it is news creation. The host in the studio was as bad.

If you hire a coach like Sarri, then you need to give him time (and a few windows) to implement how he wants to play, it’s not an easy way of playing or coaching. I’m
not sure Chelsea have the patience for it (which, if they do make a change, is on the board as much as him as they knew what they were getting)

Think Chelsea need to stick with Sarri. Shouldn't forget their promising start. Playing an expansive and successful style of football with that lot after years of Jose and Conte will take time.

Selling Kante and Odoi to Utd would also be a step in the right direction

Could you imagine if Chelsea hired Pep like Roman always wanted and he went through a similar season to Sarri? He’d probably bin him off instead of giving him the time he needs.

It’s poor because journalists, be it print or broadcast, are supposed to adhere to the IPSO Code of Practice, it’s worth a read...if you fancy a good laugh.

Just as a quick example, Section 1 - Accuraccy: “The Press must take care not to publish inaccurate, misleading or distorted information or images, including headlines not supported by the text.”

I think it's a bit disrespectful to be honest. There are other ways to get the scoop. If he'd been asked something like "How do you turn this around?" in all likelihood he would have offered up more insight into how he feels about his players. The question that was asked either gets the response of a solemn dejected man doubting his own ability, or he will fly off the handle. Both great headlines with no great insight to what is happening at the club
