City are the powerhouse club and are in an era of domination.
Liverpool have got their sh!t together, made some good buys and have a quality manager and a team that is still developing and can improve more.
Spurs have been established in the Top 3 for the last 3 seasons, and despite this seasons trials and tribulations, they have an improved points haul again and look set for another 80-90 total.
United have shown under Ole that they have the underlying quality, which has just been mismanaged. Their current form is superb and they will no doubt need to strengthen in a few key areas to build on this, but have the resources and appeal to do so.
The same cannot be said for Chelsea & Arsenal. Both under new management and both struggling in their own way.
Chelsea have multiple issues and are struggling to motivate themselves and do what Sarri is asking. They also have a squad which, come the summer, could lose Willian, Hazard (want out) Kovacic & Higuain (loans) Cahill, Cesc (age) CHO/Loftus Cheek (lack of football). They will get some serious money for some of these but there is a serious rebuild necessary.
This will take some time. Does Roman have the appetite for another big investment in the team. How easy will it be if they are without UCL and seem to be a team in slight decline?
Arsenal at least seem to be unified, but there is an underlying lack of quality. You could make a case for half their first team being replaced. They need some quality but they also need to trim their wages without UCL. It will therefore be difficult for them to attract the best players, so they are going to have to scout very carefully. Will their owners splash the cash. They have few players of significant value to boost their coffers and may struggle to get rid of some anyway.
In both clubs, there are still question marks over the quality of the manager. Not really exceeding expectations so far.
So, are we set to see the current top 4 dominate for a few years to come?

All makes sense.... Spurs will have to invest in the team at some point to remain top 4 challengers. What happens with Eriksen could dictate how well we do next year. if he does leave, the recruitment to replace him/ strengthen the team overall needs to be spot on. Can't see Arsenal in the top 4 for a while and we all know what happens the year after Chelsea have a crap season. City, liverpool and united are locks.... lots of questions re the others. Spurs being in the CL places for 3 straight years means nothing come the start of next season

Not many at all fella. Can’t stand Wembley. I am due back a lot of money for not attending this season. I am going to Dortmund on Weds with Dws Mighty and Sizzle though. I’m going to the away leg in Dortmund too
Doubt I’ll do any more EPL home games this season unless we move into WHL
