2 From 4, Boro Bristol Not Dangers

I think it’s 2 from Norwich, Sheff, Wba and us of course for automatic promotion. Boro aren’t good enough, the same goes for Bristol in my opinion.

Problem with stats and points is that they can be twisted to back up anyone's point.

What matters is what we see on the pitch. Middlesborough second half was the most creative we have looked for a long long time. Carry that on and we will be fine.

That's been the saving grace - No one is over the hill and out of site like Newcastle or Reading in the past.

Best way to judge, is how we play each week. It's not very often we fail to dominate the play.

Phillips back in DM gives me loads more confidence.

Manager has been out thought some weeks and that's down to a bit naivety of just how tough this division is, but his plan is working.

Even when he is out thought, the opposition plan relies on getting the 1st goal. We have been stupid in giving that away too often recently.

We score first and the opposition plan is out the window

We generally dominate possession, struggle to create and score and give away silly goals

Also slightly nervous that Pablo is at that stage of the season he may be running out of steam - he drops off and so do our results as he is head and shoulders above the rest creativity wise.

Bristol have been on too long a run to be disregarded. We beat them 2-0 on November 24th, since then they have won 9, drawn 4 and won 2 FA cup ties. Hopefully as with Hull, the wheels fall off when they lose.

Leeds need to win their own games and then it won’t matter a flying duck what anyone else does!

The good thing is Bristol still have to play all the teams down to 15th except Swansea & Forest. I doubt they will win all of those. But they will take some points off the top teams, hopefully not us.

We only have 7 of those teams to play meaning 8 games against the bottom third, as do Sheff U and Norwich.

WBA have 9 against those same teams as do Boro. And, Derby have 8.

So, the top three teams have the easier run in, and we still have to play 2 of our immediate rivals Sheff U and WBA at home as well.

We just need to stop the silly mistakes we have been making of late, and promotion will happen.

Look I want nothing more than to go up, but I just don't see it from this team, hope I'm wrong.

Saiz, you'd be much happier if we were in a scrap for 13th place.
