Pogba is a flat track bully. He hasn't scored against any of the big 6 or PSG this season. He is only better than Huddersfield's and the likes.

Is that true?

Yup. Dunno if UEFA can look into it if it’s not in the ref’s match report or not, but they should. X. Alonso received a two game ban a few years ago for deliberately provoking a booking, but don’t remember the exact circumstances.
