Most of them are careful. Far too risky not to be. You do not know where those prozzies have been.

And yet, by comparison, a man who was homeless at the time of the offence, was prosecuted for not sending his tax return in on time.

Fortunately the judge threw it out as being unreasonable.

I thought driving without due care and attention meant prosecution - it did when I went into the back of someone aged 19. Or maybe it was just because I was 19?

Waaaaaaay. You're actually alright! I don't care what everyone says about you. I think you're alright. I mean they are some horrible things. Nasty, nasty accusations, which I obviously don't believe. More likely because there was more evidence that you were driving without due care and attention. Some accidents are just accidents, some are not.
