Bolton - Home
QPR - Away
West Brom - Home
Bristol - Away
Reading - Away
Sheff Utd - Home
We say it a lot. It's the nature of being a football fan. But the above 6 fixtures leading up to the international break look likely to be the most important of the season.
If we can go an unbeaten run again for the above fixtures then we will be able to give ourselves a gap between us and third. 12 points or more from the above will be huge. Especially if we can avoid defeat at home to West Brom and Sheff Utd. Win those two and big opportunity to pull away.
Roofe and Clarke are two of the biggest losses for this period. Clarke will hopefully be back sooner rather than later, but sounds like Roofe might be targeting the game following that run of fixtures. Does anyone know the situation regarding Foreshaw and Douglas?
I think focus has to be on being much tighter defensively. Not conceding in the first half hour. And the goals will come for us. There isn't a fixture there we shouldn't win.
Run to next International Break

I would be very disappointed with anything g but a win against QPR. they're on dire form

Not sure who is the more negative poster, Saiz or The Donn, maybe they are one and the same.
WBA are a little hot and cold, on their day best team in the division, depends who turns up really. Not sure how Saiz can say we will get a point home to Sheff Utd but none home to West Brom.
Only game that really concerns me is the Bristol City away game such is their form.

Bristol lost the other night in the cup, might start a bad ruin for them.

I can assure you I'm not The Donn, but he does make some good points! WBA very good away from home.

I feel sorry for Saiz. Poor lad.
No excuses with injuries for this run. Looks like the only players unavailable will be Clarke and Roofe. Hopefully Clarke should be available for West Brom.
Score early against Bolton and we should put down our own marker on Saturday

Just being realistic, does that make me a WUM? Everything I've said in previous posts is starting to happen. Some on here live in la la land, just looking at Stoke City's last 12 games, only one win, wonder who that was against?
