Renewal info request

The only time I changed seats, it took a week for them to get back to me, but they sorted it without hassle. Give em a ring.

The option is there to reallocate but not until after the renewal have been processed. Obviously they wont know what is available until after the renewal deadline as passed. Just hard to know what to do when the club cant supply a price

I emailed them with the seat request, this was about 6 years ago and it very easy to swap seats as there was considerably less season tickets holders and demand. They emailed back saying the new seat was available and it was all done, was very easy.

Not sure how they do it now tbh.

I think the transition is still fairly easy.
Just a case of informing them by letter that we intend to relocate.
Once the renewal deadline passes we can then pick from what’s left.

The problem I have is that last year I paid adult prices for a 17year old in the east upper as that’s how they are priced up there. So my renewal is again at adult prices. I want to know what price it will be to relocate given there is a new 16-18 price. However I am now on email number 4 and still haven’t got anywhere with the ticket office. Awaiting a reponse to email number 4 sent yesterday evening. They really are an incompetent bunch
