Chelsea have been handed a 2 window transfer ban by FIFA following their investigation into Chelseas signing of under 18 players.
Guess that explains why they were happy to pay such a fee for Pulisic when they did.
Might scupper Hazards plans to leave though.

I imagjne they will appeal but they do r have the pull of Barca so might struggle to get their targets with their managerial problems.
