Another big game tomorrow for

Spurs, when is it not a big game? Some say a 10 day break is good, I am of the opposite view, I prefer the games to come every three or four days at this time of the season. Spurs were on an absolute high after the Borussia Dortmund win, and have now been sitting about for the best part of two weeks since that fantastic result. I hope the momentum has not gone now, and we see a performance that is more akin to our games against Leicester and Fulham, than the one against Borussia. Hopefully the team will still be on it. Burnley themselves are in a bit of form, but all things being equal Spurs should win.

Team

Lloris
Aurier
Toby
Sanchez
Verts
Winks
Sissoko
Eriksen
Moura
Son
Kane (if fit, no point in holding him back) Llorente if not Kane

Should be more than enough for the win, and get to within two points of the top of the table before Livepool play their extremely difficult game at Old Trafford.

Funny to say it, given his troubled times in the past, but I see Sissoko's role as being the key in tomorrow's encounter at Turf Moor.

It's critical Sissoko keeps making those drives from midfield and also stays strong as Burnley will be looking to rattle our players big time.

This is a Burnley side that is unbeaten in 7 including a draw against Ole's United.

I can see Verts and Winks being rested. Wanyama may be used instead. I believe Davies has trained already.

Up front, we should use Llorente for his height against the Claret's corners and set pieces.

I think Lloris maybe left out, and rested and Gazzaniga will come in.

I won't see it live as I'll be heading to Luton.

Why would you rest Lloris, Verts and Winks? Honestly this is not fantasy football stuff. At this time of the season, the best players available have to play? Glad you are not the manager.

Sorry about that

I'm with Sandy on this, after a great win the players would be busting to get out on the field again, having a long break might help with injuries but ruins momentum.

We should be beating Burnley, but you never know with Dyche`s Dogs of War and the misery of Mike Dean as the referee

Poch likes to rotate the fullbacks so hope he plays Trippier here and Aurier against Chelzea

No point resting players, they’ve had 10 days off and they might have 3 weeks off soon as well
