A frisson of excitement seeps over the East Midlands as the fans of two hues separated by the A52 realise that a match between them is afoot .
Not much separates us from the dogs, a mere 4 points and in truth for the first time they are starting to look like a half decently run football team instead of the badly run debacle of an organisation that they have for so long in the past. Still doesn't excuse the antiquated, rundown, derelict ground they possess or their unreconstructed, Neanderthal, wretched fans who tend to only rouse themselves for this fixture but hey, slight progress is better than no progress.
We come into the game with confidence slightly dented after a couple of puzzling performances. Which Derby will turn up? Frank now has to earn his salary and get us back to those games where we impressed, bossed and oozed confidence - help me out with that one.
Midfield seems to be the problem area for various reasons but also do we know our best XI? There was a clamouring for 3 at the back (was it actually 3 at the back?) and calls for Waghorn and Marriot up front - it didn't really work. My worry is that whilst we have the players, we don't know where to play them or how to play them.
Let's go.

You get a lucky early strike and think you are world beaters. Forest didn't really create that much. If 1 0 is a mis-match what was 5 0? That was a mis-match, and a very pleasurable one. I know you lot are over the moon because you actually beat us and managed to score, something you haven't done for a while.
