Seems a fair bit of apathy towards Arsenal these days. The Emery era has lost momentum after the initial excitement then the unbeaten run.
Tomorrow Southampton visit the Emirates, a game that usually ends with 3 points for Arsenal. We have won 14 and drawn 5 home games against the Saints in the PL era.
Last season saw a high scoring, high tempered game. Two Welbeck goals, plus one for Aubameyang helped us to a 3-2 win. Elneny got a very harsh red card late on, joining Stephens in being sent off.
With Lacazette available after his Europa ban, it will be interesting to see if Mr Emery pairs him with Auba or goes with just one up front. Another aspect to this decision could be whether Ozil starts or not.
There could be a temptation for the boss to go back to 3 at the back, with wing backs. Koscielnys fitness is in doubt, while AMN continues to fight illness. Their availability may dictate the formation.
With Chelsea not playing and Manchester United facing title chasing Liverpool, it could be an opportunity to get back into the top 4.
6 points from home matches against the South Coast pair Southampton and Bournemouth is essential ahead of the NLD next week. Can we do it?

Should have scored 5 or 6 today with the chances we created!

Auba had three goalscoring opportunities. Not very clinical.

Good win and a clean sheet, second half was a bit disappointing and should have won by more
