Manchester United are optimistic that Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial will be fit after respective hamstring and groin injuries.
David de Gea is set to return in goal after making way for Sergio Romero in the FA Cup win at Chelsea on Monday.
Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk returns after being suspended for the midweek draw with Bayern Munich.
But fellow defender Dejan Lovren will miss out again with a hamstring problem.

Sturridge is finished. We all thought he's going to be vital at the beginning of the season as had a very good preseason. But he's been a passenger whenever he's played especially in the second half of the season.

True. Lingard should’ve buried that and the Smalling offside was just lazy from him. No idea why he didn’t throw himself at the one at the end.

United came to stop us playing. They succeeded. We had no answer to that.
I think not starting TAA was the biggest mistake. He is the only one who can cross with pace and accuracy. Wijnaldum crossing is embarrassing. He scoops it. Another mistake was Sturridge coming on for Firmino. Origi did better than him in 10 minutes he played.
Henderson again ineffective in big games. Salah had no support. We couldn't create spaces let alone chances. Passing and movement were so slow.
City are now clear favourite.
Worried of Watford. Tough and in good run.

I think our midfield was too slow in passing the ball quickly forward. Salah and Mane were nullified by your defence.

They were both garbage.
Mane couldn't weight a 3 yard pass, must have over git 6 at least, and Salahs idea of beating a man today, was to constantly run directly into them.
