Meaningless stats

Stats can also be twisted or slanted any which way.

Stat I would be most interested in seeing is distances run per game for Championship players. Can't find it anywhere though.

I read the article and agreed that a lot of meaningless stats posted during and after games are a waste of time.

The guys most sensible comment was his last one:

"so let's get serious: results are results, it's the only stat that matters, after all."
