Ffs our refs struggle as it is with the current set-up.

Why on earth would accidental hand ball be treated in any way different to accidental knee ball or accidental ar$e ball?

It is completely getting away from the whole purpose of the hand ball rule in the first place which was about trying to gain an advantage by deliberately using your hands.

Why stop the game at all to make a sub? There is a fourth official that could do that during play or at any natural stoppage, that would certainly speed up the subbed players walk off

I like the sub rule. It means that crossing the field really slowly will be outlawed. If they don't leave at the nearest side they get booked.

Excellent. As was said players knowing they are about to be substituted end of amazingly at the very far corner of the pitch to time waste
