Sheff u Were Poor

Look, we aren't going to win every game, football doesn't work that way, even if you play well there are so many factors that go for and against you.

Norwich & Sheff Utd aren't going to win all their games either, as proved last night when Sheff Utd drew 0-0, dropped 2 points.

There will be many twists and turns yet. Just relax and enjoy the ride.

Derby game, they were up against a team with good players but having a poor season. They looked a shadow of themselves, but the table doesn't lie. They are one of the top sides this season and I cannot see them going on a blip.

The good thing about last night is, we win our remaining games we go up without question.

I thought the Blades were better last season, Mike, but they had a run of games where refereeing decisions cost them badly, and they lost confidence after that. They are more resilient this season.
Last night's game is not a good measure of Sheffield United. Their win at West Brom was the best I have seen them, over the whole 90 minutes. They were controlled, aggressive and skillful, and could have won by 2 or 3.
However, we were frighteningly good on Friday. The accuracy of our passing, our pace and finishing were a revelation. We were a threat from every part of the pitch. We looked like the finished product, and we routed a decent team.
The only team capable of matching us in that form is Norwich. The only question in my mind is whether we have the courage play like that at Bristol City, because they are on a run of three losses in four. I don't want to jinx us, and we know what happened at QPR, but we should win comfortably.
Like Harrogate, I tell posters to relax and enjoy the ride, but Friday was like getting a first class ticket.

Pressure will begin to increase as the games go by now. I think the mental strength is going to be the difference between which two gets auto promotion, because the leading three sides have the football capabilty without question. Last nights Sheff darby was just another little twist, and many more to come.

They could quite easily be a point ahead of us going into the Reading game, worst case scenario which isn't too bad. Absolute 6 pointer when we play them next Saturday.

Norwich after the free kick spent that 1st half under the cosh. The 2nd half we gifted them goals. All teams playing top level every game, sees us beat everybody.

You can’t judge a side on 90mins.
The table judges the side and Sheff Utd are currently the 3rd best in the league. Anyone watching qpr v Leeds would be surprised to see us 2nd.

I've usually been impressed whenever I've seen Sheff Utd, seem to always have an extra player on the overlap, great delivery into the box.

Last night they weren't great but last 10 minutes sheff Wednesday were clinging on and couldn't get out. Could have easily been 1 nil. That said, I think we are better than them.
