So they just pointed out how he consoled the guy who gave away the pen. Reminded me of this: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2017/10/18/romelu-lukaku-comforts-young-benfica-goalkeeper-howler-gifts/
Also....anyone notice the complete turnaround in Lukaku’s fitness level? The second goal...no way would he hAve pounced on that a few months ago. Similar situation against West Ham at the start of the season...he just didn’t move.
Romelu ...nice guy

Whatever we think about Lukaku's limitations as a footballer, I don't think anyone should question his qualities as a man. Seems grounded, professional and humane.

and when he's fit and full of confidence he's a goal machine. Reminds me of Andy Cole: limited overall footballing ability and would need a few chances, but his goalscoring record speaks for itself.

He showed tonight he’s good enough to play for this club.
Will he go down as an all time great? Doubt it but he’s got the right attitude and it goes a long way. ADM was more than good enough talent wise to become a United legend but his attitude stank

I’ve criticised him before but I have to say he’s impressed the last few games. Sharper and fitter so kudos to him.

You called?
I don’t like him as a footballer. But I’ve got the utmost respect for him. He’s a very likeable bloke. Credit to him today.

It's good that Lukaku's producing now.
His goals could well be important come the end of the season so hopefully this run he's on continues.

Nah, it was "only PSG away". Rom was class tonight, glad we were wrong about him not being worthy of playing in Ole's system.
