Once drop off our tempo we are average. That's down to the manager and the team. We do a half pitch press which creates a laziness in our play. I hate it. I would rather we press from the front and squeeze teams out the game. Create errors in their own half.

I think it's definitely down to mentality thing now. we switching off and slowing down when we think we have the game won. Especially against relegation teams.
