I actually still think we will scrape top 4. Arsenal and Chelsea will drop plenty of points and I think the new stadium will give us a boost.
However, what difference do we reckon it will actually make if we come outside top 4?
Toby and Eriksen are gone regardless. I highly doubt we would buy anyone expensive even with champions league.
The opportunity was missed last summer and I have no faith in us getting the quality of player required this summer champions league or not.

Feel we have all the materials to make a run and make top 4. Tomorrow will be tough though so not counting my chickens yet. But I would make us and Utd favourites for top 4 now

When we were trying to get into the Europa under Jol we were told it would get us better players “who want to play in Europe”.
Then we’re pushing CL under Redknapp and being told we can’t sign people because “top players want CL”.
We’ve been consistently getting CL and not buying anyone, so what’s the excuse now?
The whole “top players want to be playing CL” is b 0ll0cks - it’s just money, money, money.
Sanchez went to Utd
Chelsea still got top players
City signed top players to get there.
It’s a shame, but it’s the way it is.
If we get 5th we actually let Levy off because he can trot out excuses about not signing players.
Let’s Eriksen and Toby walk away citing lack of CL
