Liverpool were 7points clear for less then 1 whole game. As we played City away next game which was a tight and we lost. Our only loss this season in PL. If it wasn't for us City would of already won the league easily 2 seasons in a row. Is that what Oppo fans want? Every year nobody challenging City? Or is it just because its Liverpool challenging them this year?

Every football team in the land would take 1point behind the leaders with 8 games to go, especially this City team which is without a doubt one of the best football squads assembled and coached. Can't we just enjoy football on offer instead of the constant pissing contest and my Dad is bigger then yours mentality we get everyday?

City were many points clear then had a bad run and we went many points clear then had a bad run and City are now a point clear. Loads of points to play for and there will be twists and turns yet.

You make it sound like City have had a similar lead over Liverpool this season that Liverpool have had over City. Which isn't true.

Liverpool have led City by 7 points this season after the same number of games had been played.

The biggest lead City have had over Liverpool after both had played the same amount of games is 2 points.

City have never been many points clear of Liverpool this season.

What will scupper us is what has been apparent all season and that is the focus on defending instead of attacking. We won't score enough. Mark my rashhole.

City are struggling to break defensive teams down, but like I said they've had luck to help them do it. One of these games they won't have that luck and may well drop points.

Palace that were hopeless against Brighton and Burnley that were creamed at their patch by Palace last week will both be swept aside by City.
The only advantage you may have is when you get knocked out by Bayern and City still being burden by playing three competitions.
