Zidane back at Real Madrid!

Just been reported Zidane is back at Real Madrid. Now with Solkskjaer likely to keep the ManUtd job, appears we are stuck with Poch, That is unless he is pisssed off with levy due to lack of investment and decides to walk!!

Either way he needs to get his finger out , get the team focused and get us that top4 spot. And if he wins the CL even better

No wonder Poch seems to have had the hump recently....stuck with tightfisted Levy for at least another season, and lost much leverage to get more from the bald one's wallet

It's easy to think of a manager as a tactical genius when they have two great players for every position.

Thinking of key games we have lost due to substitutions from the opposition, in many cases they had world class players on the bench.

Compare that to Poch having a choice of players like Lamela and Llorente on the bench, who while being decent players are rarely going to turn a game around.

Despite our recent slump I still believe Poch is the best man for the job.

Poch was seriously considered by RM, but Levy was looking for mega money to release Poch from his contract. ZZ on the other hand was available, considering the success he had with RM recently, they had to consider him. I am actually surprised he agreed to go back. Unless he’s been promised to spend big in the summer, and they seriously need a rebuild, a striker being the most urgent one

I think that part of the reason ZZ left goes beyond transfers, per se, and probably sees him having greater control over wider areas of the management role - so less interfering by Presidents etc with regards to transfers, selection, etc.

RM always spend so not sure that was ever an issue, just who they spend on and whether the manager wants them, as well as who they sell.

Could be the end for Bale though, not picked much by ZZ. Isco will be happier though.

RM has hardly had to spent in the last 5 years. They have atadium rebuild which will cost them in excess of €400m. So they have been cautious with spending. Instead they have been buying some young players with high potential, the likes of Vinicius etc..

Prepare for another season of winning SFA if Poch stays.

No wonder opposition fans laugh at Spurs. Fancy having a manager that doesn`t want to win domestic cups, and is nowhere good enough to win the Prem or European silverware.

They laugh at us because of fans like you mate.

Or gullible fans like you. I thought you were some kind of Arthur Daley, I bet if you employed him, he wouldn`t have lasted five years without delivering.

Zidane must have been promised some new players this summer, and there are rumours he wants Neymar, Hazard and Van Dyke

I was reading about Juve being in for him. Anything in that?

Well said Ace. That’s exactly where we are at!
